Ceramic tile adhesive is a powdery binder made of high-quality cement, sand, limestone and high-performance additives, which fundamentally solves the problems of cracking, hollow drum, falling off and leakage in architectural decoration.
High-performance additives are often used as key ingredients in tile adhesives, including cellulose ether (HPMC HEMC) and redispersive emulsion powder (RDP/VAE). Water retention: It is used to improve the water retention of the tile adhesive, helping to prevent the adhesive from drying too quickly and ensuring that it is well bonded to the substrate.
Thickening: Used as a thickener in tile adhesive formulations to help provide the viscosity required for good bonding
Workability: It can provide a smoother and more uniform consistency, thereby improving the workability of the tile adhesive.
Bonding strength: The bonding strength of the tile adhesive can be improved by enhancing the bonding performance of the adhesive to the surface of the tile and the substrate.
Anti-flow performance: It can improve the anti-flow performance of the adhesive.
Heat resistance to freeze-thaw: used to improve the heat resistance to freeze-thaw of ceramic tile glue.
